New NamPower Accessories

Made with a carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic material that's bonded to a hardened and ground steel shank, these lightweight NamPower accessories are more rigid and better-balanced. BRM’s new lightweight holders use the same 25-mm shank as our standard tool holders and are designed especially for use with NamPower’s unique flow-through coolant system. 

Flow-Through Coolant Technology

Unlike other disc brushes, NamPower technology allows fluid to flow from the brush center instead of supplying lubrication only from the outside. BRM’s lightweight, patent-pending, flow-through tool holders are available for all sizes of NamPower abrasive disc brushes. Choose tool holders for NamPower brush tools with 100-mm, 125-mm, or 150-mm diameters and trim lengths of 18-mm or 38-mm. Abrasive Disc Brush Types

When ordering lightweight NamPower tool holders, note that the Dot style and Turbine style brushes are listed separately. Dot style brush tools are designed for general-purpose deburring and surface finishing applications. Turbine style disc brushes are used for medium and heavy-duty deburring.
